I need to redo my state income tax (Connecticut). Since the refund cam out more than the income

I can not get back to change the input.

Delete the state tax return and then start the state return again. Also, verify your income and the amount of state taxes withheld on any W-2 or Form 1099 you entered in the federal section. The amounts in the federal section flow to the state return.
