I’m supposed to get $300 in my Iowa tax return, I don’t know what happened

In order to investigate the $300 discrepancy between what you reported and what Iowa has on record, we need to determine what you filed. First, print out your Iowa return from TurboTax if you have not already done so. See How can I access my return after I've e-filed or printed it? for instructions if needed.

Then, look at your tax return. ‌On page 3, line 32 you will see the refund you requested from Iowa. If $300 is on line 32, but Iowa disagrees, you should contact the Iowa Department of Revenue to investigate why they adjusted your refund.
