I underpaid a business form for Ky. Why was this not filed?

Ky business for 725 was not filed for 2023 and 2024 when I filed with TurboTax business edition. Now I owe a penalty for those 2 years.

    Kentucky Form 725 is supported within TurboTax for preparation but cannot be electronically filed per this link.  

     

    To file this form for both years, you would need to log back into the program for 2023 and 2024, and then print Form 725 out, and mail it according to the filing instructions.

     

    See page 6 on these instructions for 2024 and for 2023 for Form 725.
