In Illinois, why can't I deduct 529 on my state taxes?

Turbo tax does not prompt 529 deduction

You can find it by going through your Illinois return and looking for the screen titled, 'Here's the income that Illinois handles differently'. On that screen, scroll to the Education section and click Start beside College savings and prepaid tuition plan contributions to enter your information.
