Is there a known issue with generating IT-360.1 forms?

I am filing as a part time resident of NY (moved anway in 2024) and am having an error message on form IT-360.1 TP -- Change of City Resident Status Stmt. TurboTax auto form checker notes I should have an amount on Line 19 column A New York State adjustments, however the entire form they generated is blank. Has anyone received this an able to offer a trouble shoot? This is on top of TurboTax auto populating incorrect numbers throughout my entire state returns thus far.
