Question

It says I owe $3 for Missouri but now it’s saying I owe $3 & $59 for my Missouri state return for state filing? What is the extra $59?

    The $3 is probably your tax bill you owe to the state of Missouri.   And the other is probably your TurboTax fees for preparing and filing your return.   You can review your fees; see - How do I review my fees in TurboTax Online?
