I am pretty much done with all the process, but at the end it says I have to fix my Kentucky Return. It tells me I selected Form 740-NP: Nonresident Tax Return, but that "State ID must be a valid two letter abbreviated state code since you indicated you were a nonresident of Kentucky." I am an international student, so I am not a resident of any state. I do live in Kentucky, since I study here, however I cant find a possible way to do put that in. What should I do here?

If you live in Kentucky then you are a resident of Kentucky.  Resident just means that you live there.  Delete the non-resident return and do it again as a resident and that will fix your problem.
