Question

Live in Washington state but did contract work in Alaska for 6 months.Alaska is not listed in other state income selection.Any idea of this status?

    Neither WA or AK have a state income tax, so if those are the only two states you lived or worked in during 2024, then you have no state return to worry about.  Just prepare and file a federal tax return.
