My wife and I moved to MO last May and changed to MO ID. She has a LLC in CA and a LLC in MO, I have a LLC in MO as well. All the LLC are single member ones. We only have individule 1099 income ( self employed). Do we have to file in the both states?  What product is good for our scenario? Do we have to buy 2 products for CA and MO?

Yes, you have to file part year returns in each state.  You lived and worked in both of those states for part of the year.

If you use online software you need Premium.   Or any version of the desktop download to prepare the Schedule C's you need for the self-employment income.
