Question

Lived in VA until 12/30/2024, but now live in SC. When I choose yes for living in VA all year, the only choice it provides for living locations in 2025 is VA

Since we lived in VA practically the entire year, we chose yes for that option, but live in SC full time now, after selling our VA house and buying a house in SC

    If you want to say you lived in VA all year, you have to say you didn't live in SC, at all, in 2024.  The fact that you're filing with an SC address is meaningless.  You would do that even in you move in Jan. 2025.
