Hi, I moved from AZ to CA in 2023. For 2024, I'm a CA resident. I worked for same employer from 2022. For those RSUs granted to me in 2022 and vested in 2024. Do I own any CA taxes or I just need to pay AZ state tax? thanks

As a California resident you are taxed on all the income regardless of where you were living and working when the grants were issued.  For Arizona, determine the portion of Arizona-source income received by multiplying the compensation received by a ratio of working days in Arizona from the grant date to the vest date over the total working days during the same period.  As a California resident, CA will issue you a credit for taxes paid to Arizona, so you won't be subject to double taxation at the state level.
