my state tax withheld amount in W-2 is not reflected in state tax return

I live in IL. I have W2 and a state tax withheld amount is listed in it. I also paid estimated tax payments. But state tax return only counted my estimated tax payments, not including state tax withheld amount.

Did you import this W-2 from your employer? It may not have transferred correctly.

You may need to delete it and import it again or even enter it manually (type it in yourself) if that doesn't correct the issue.

Add/Edit/Delete Form W-2:

Open your return (if not already open).
Enter "w2" in the Search box.
Click on "jump to w2" link.
Import or Enter you information manually. If you, land on your W-2 Summary income page, you can click on the Trash can to the right of that particular W-2 to delete it.
