Question

My W2 employer address is in Washington State but I worked for them in Maine, so Turbo Tax is not allowing me to file electronically. Does anyone know what to do?

When TurboTax asked if you earned any money outside of Maine you answered "Yes". You need to go back to the personal information section and change that answer to "No." Even though your employer was located in Washington State all of your income was earned where you were located which is in Maine.
