Over charged for filing State Income tax

When I filed my state tax it said it was $20 for filing early. I have the screen print showing that, but I was charged $25. How do I get my credit of $25.

If the state e-file was supposed to be $20 and you were charged $25, your credit would be $5.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
