This is the last time I am using Tax after 9 years. The software tricks you into choosing the live support, and it is very hard to get out of it, I was charged $215 to do my simple form tax, down at my block tax office, they charge $100. This company is getting too greedy. I am done with TurboTax, and I encourage everyone to use a local office to benefit the local community
