Pennsylvania State Return

Along with my PA state return, do I need to attach copies of the following forms:

1099-SSA

1099-R

1099-DIV

1099-INT

If you are mailing your return, yes, you will need to include all of that except your SSA-1099 as that is generally not taxable income in PA.
