If I retire from the Hampshire department and the safety with a pension. And I moved to Lebanon, Maine. I am not taxed in New Hampshire on my pension. Will I be taxed in the state of Maine if I moved to Lebanon Maine?

Yes.  You would pay taxes on your pension received while living in ME even if it was earned in NH.  Pensions are taxed by the state you live in when you receive them.  ME does have a $30,000 pension deduction, however this applies first to social security benefits both taxable and non-taxable first.
