Philadelphia City Tax

I am working outside Philadelphia but registered home address is in Philadelphia. I did my Taxes through FreeTaxUSA who said I might need to file my taxes with the city separately since they don't do that. When I went to sign up for an account on the Philly Tax Center I wasn't sure what kind of tax I was supposed to sign up to pay. Which ones do I select? The school income tax? Earnings Tax?

I accidentally deactivated my account as well and cannot sign up for a new one. Does anyone know how to reactivate it?

TurboTax does not support the Philadelphia City tax. You will need to contact them directly for more information on what type of account you should sign up for.
