Printed docs to mail a return say do not mail

I e-filed my federal taxes and chose to mail in my Michigan and Indiana state returns. The Michigan instructions were what I expected and included an address, however, the Indiana return says "do not mail" and goes on to say I filed electronically, which I did not. How do I get that updated or check to see if it was filed?

It depends. Double check the link below to be sure whether Indiana may have tax forms that are not yet quite ready for filing.

Check the status of your Indiana tax refund on INTIME or call 317-232-2240 (option 3). E-filed returns may take up to three weeks to process.

I checked the link, all the forms seems to be available. Can you explain to me why it is saying that I e-filed when I chose to mail in the state return? I did e-file the federal return and received an email saying it was accepted. I chose to mail the state returns. When I printed them the Indiana one says I filed electronically, which I did not.
