RITA forms

What triggers an RITA form in Turbotax.  I have never had to file one in the past and I live in a township that does not have any income taxes but Turbotax generated one this time.

    You must be living or working in Ohio.    Did you move during 2024 from one Ohio locality to another?   Or did your workplace in Ohio change?   Are you sure you are not in a RITA locality?
