Do I need to include my HC Worksheet in my MA Tax return?

Are you e-filing it or mailing it?  If you are mailing it, then you can include the HC worksheet.  Some forms will say keep for your records while others will not.  If it does not say do not mail, keep for your records, then it will not hurt to include it in your mail filing.
