If my W2 reports my school district withholdings in box 14 instead of box 19, how do I input it in turbotax? Do I report it in box 19 anyway and input the district number in box 20? Or will that cause issues because it doesn't match my W2?

If I only report it in turbotax in box 14, it won't calculate correctly when filing my fed/state/local taxes, right?

Yes, there's a chance your School District tax filing will not be accepted, depending on how your employer actually remitted the withholding. Consider paper filing the School District return and attaching a statement explaining the situation.
