Should I check the "Yes made money in states other than home state" if I file a Reciprocity form every year?
My wife and I both live in MN and work across the river in ND. Both of us fill and file an NDW-R Reciprocity form every year with our employers. Does this mean I would say "No, we didn't make money in any other states" instead of "Yes, we made money in states other than MN"? When I went to HR block last year, I did not have to file an ND tax return, but through Turbo Tax I have always had to. Wondering if this selection is where that comes from.
