State Tax Return
TurboTax confirmed that my State taxes (Georgia) were filed on March 1st. I went online today (3 weeks later) to check the status and here's the message I received:
The information you have entered does not match our records, however you may have mailed your return.
Please verify the social security number, refund amount and tax year entered and retry.
I reentered the information, got the same message, and then was locked out after 2 tries.
I don't understand the statement "you may have mailed your return". My return was filed electronically through TT so I don't see why it would take this long and why I would get this message. Can someone advise as to what options I have?
