I've received my federal taxes I still have not received my state taxes and I read something about the fact that it was going to take until March 2nd and I'm giving it some time to try to process through it but I still have not received it and I wanted to know what's going on with that

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
