Turbo tax issue when answering State question

When doing my PA state taxes. There is a question that asks did you earn income in another state. When I answer yes (in MD). The next page says "Is the income you were double taxed in PA and Md employee income". I was not double taxed in MD and PA because of reciprocity.  So, I assume the previous question should ask did you earn income in another state and was taxed twice.  The question is pretty straight forward though - "Did you earn income in another state".  I assume I should answer no to this question since I wasn't taxed twice? Is that correct? The question needed to be clearer.
