Virginia Form VA760 - Address Change

My son's address changed within Virginia from his 2023 taxes to the 2024 taxes. The hardcopy VA760 form has a circle in the address section that can be filled in for such an address change within Virginia. I do not see such a circle on the VA760 generated by Turbo Tax. Is that notification "buried" in the digital code printed on top of the page? Or should we just expect that Virginia will notice the change in address? Thanks!

To indicate the change of address, you would need to check the box on the screen that asks for Changes to Your Personal Information. This screen appears when you let TurboTax know that you filed a Virginia tax return the year before.

Thanks! We did include the new address when we completed his taxes. However, since he owes a small amount, he will be submitting his State tax return via mail. In reviewing the hardcopy to be sent, we just did not see an indication of the address change. Thanks again.
