Virginia State Form not available to purchase on 2024 Turbo Tax

I need two state forms.  Lived half of a year in Virginia and half of the year in Michigan.  I was able to enter my information for Michigan yet the Virginia State form errors out when you try to purchase it.  Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I had a case number, and they closed it.  Still unable to finish my taxes.   I have called Intuit many times and each time I receive a difference answer.  Currently I have over 6 hours on the phone without an answer.   Any help would be appreciated.

You are having problems with purchasing the state? Please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
