We have Virginia income from my husband working a job there. Turbo tax is asking for Form 763S-SP "Virginia tax withheld must be entered". We never got this form.

How do I handle Virginia state taxes?

Do you happen to live in DC, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia? These states have a tax agreement with Virginia - so if you live in one of these states, you wouldn't need to file a tax return for or pay income tax to Virginia. You would need to file the Form 763S instead of a Virginia tax return if you lived in one of these states and had Virginia taxes withheld in error.
