What is a TC-40S form for Utah and how do I fill it out?

I am a resident of Utah, but worked for the summer in Ohio, and I need to fill out a TC-40S Fed AGI part of my taxes and I am unsure how to do that.

TurboTax will automatically prepare Form TC-40S for you. You need to prepare a non-resident return for the state of Ohio. Prepare the OH nonresident return first. Then when you prepare your resident UT return, TurboTax will complete the credit for taxes paid to another state (TC-40S).
