Where do I record premiums for the Minnesota program called Medical assistance for persons with disabilities on my taxes

    Medical Assistance (MA) is Minnesota's Medicaid program for people with low income.   MA does not require you to pay a monthly premium.  See  Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare.

     

    All of your medical expenses get entered on the federal return and TurboTax transfer the appropriate income and deductions to your state return(s).  Can I deduct medical expenses?
