where does turbo tax 2024 Virginia account for non qualified VA529 college savings plan distribution recapture

    To enter this in your Virginia return you need to go back to the state entry and edit your state,  enter the information about the county and school district.  You will se a page that says Here's the income that Virginia handles differently, there scroll down to the Education section to enter the information on your VA529.
