where does TurboTax cover form MO-PTS?

To claim the credit: 

1. Open your MO return
2. Continue to the screen Property Tax Credit.
3.  Answer Yes and make a selecting on the following screen Property Tax Credit Options

You may qualify for the property tax credit if you're:

• Age 65 or older and a full-year Missouri resident
• 100% disabled and are a part-year or full-year resident of Missouri
• Age 60 or older and receiving Social Security benefits as a surviving spouse and are a part-year or full year resident of Missouri
• Net household income is not more than $27,200 and you rented or did not own and occupy the property all year.
• Net household income is not more than $30,000 and you owned and occupied the property all year.
