Why is MD local tax being calculated when not living in the two areas that are listed?

I do not live in the two listed communities but am being charged the local tax

    Did you autoimport (upload) your W-2? Please delete your W-2 and re-add it by hand. The W-2 may appear to have local tax entries in boxes 18-20 that don't belong there.
