Why is Turbo Tax charging me to fill (not e-file) state tax?

Hello,  last week, I had entered my Michigan State filing details in Turbo tax, but now after the auto system update, it is not letting me even see Michigan State tax details AND is asking me to pay $45 for additional state when Michigan is the only state where I need to file taxes. 

I live in Washington State, but there are no taxes, but the system (after recent software update) prompts me to enter WA state tax (for free) and then charge for Michigan Tax. 

There's an error in the system update.  Please fix it.  I only need to submit one state tax, which is for Michigan state and I should not be charged for filling (not e-filing) it.  I will send my state tax by postal mail.
