Why would my state taxes be more on other tax platforms than on here?

    Assuming you are asking about your refund, as long as you are putting the correct information it should be the same amount, since the software follows the IRS and State guidelines for computing any refund you might qualify for. Make sure that you are entering all the information correctly. Verify your W-2 entries (if you are seeing a difference in state refund, verify your W-2 entries for boxes 15-20. Also check for any credits that might be missing by going over your specific State questionnaire.
