For state income tax purposes, you are still a resident of Texas. Your active duty military pay is not taxable by Hawaii. You do not need to file a Hawaii tax return unless you have non-military Hawaii-source income. Texas, of course, has no state income tax.
In the personal info section of TT, enter your state of residence as Texas. If your only income was active duty military pay, answer No to the question about having income from other states.
