As a title 32 active duty service member do I select national guard on my state income taxes or active duty.

    As a Title 32 active duty service member, you generally should be able to select "active duty" on your state income taxes if your duty status is considered full-time active under federal authority. Click this link (Title 32, Section 502(f) and scroll down to title 32.
