Colorado State Tax HOME Act for military personnel. If my residentcy has always been Colorado since entering the military, do I still qualify for this?

If your SLR is Colorado, and you've never changed it (by filing DD Form 2058), then you're still a Colorado resident for tax purposes.

The HOME act pertains to CO residents who have changed their SLR to another state and wish to reacquire Colorado residency.
