do I enter my former spouse payment as a former military wife a military benefit on va tax

    Yes, you will need to enter your military benefits on your return.  If you are asking if you qualify for the Virginia military benefit subtraction, then yes, if the benefits qualify then you would qualify for the deduction an a former spouse. Even those who qualify for the reduction must enter the income on the return for it to be reduced.
