Do i file state tax in georgia as military member? I'm stationed in Georgia but my home of record is California

Since you are active military you would enter your resident state in the Personal Info section for your name as California. You would select that you did Not live in any other states. If your military pay is your only income, you would also indicate that you did Not make money in any other states.
