Do we claim living in the U.S. the whole year if we are active duty stationed overseas?

When you are active duty military you enter your State of Legal Residence in the section where asked for your resident state.  You do Not indicate that you lived in any other states and you do Not indicate you made money in any other states if your military pay is your only income.  If you have dependents you would indicate that they lived in the US for the entire year.
