Enter any military pay recieved for services in an area designated as an active combat zone by Haley or Hunter that was reported on your federal return, I'm not sure what this is asking?

Military pay received while working in a designated combat zone is excluded from income.

 

TurboTax wants to make sure your wages are treated correctly based upon where you were when you earned it.
