For 2017 oct- current, my husband has been in training for the army in a different state than where we live. Do I need to list the other state??

Do I need to list the state where he's been training as another source of income outside of our state where live?

No, if he only has active duty pay, the SCRA allows him to keep his home of record as his resident state and you only have to report/pay tax (if required) in the resident state.
