Question

for active duty military pay during state tax subtraction, do i put my income from the military in federal total and active duty sections?

I have always been stationed outside my state. But i am confused on if i leave "active duty/guard" blank or if i need to add the same number from "federal total."

    To get the subtraction, you will want to enter the federal amount as the active duty pay.
