For active duty military personnel stationed out side of Oregon should put what information in the out of state active military pay block?

Enter in that block all of the income that you earned while stationed outside of Oregon .  If you were stationed outside of Oregon all year, this would be all of your active-duty military income.  The reason why is that Oregon does not tax military pay for active-duty Oregon residents stationed outside of Oregon (and give a $6000 deduction to military pay earned while stationed inside Oregon.)
