For nontaxable income, does "Military basic quarters and subsistence allowances" include BAH and BAS for members of the military? Thank you

Yes that is correct. Basic Allow for Housing (BAH) and Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS) are not taxable income and have been excluded from your W2 Box 1.
