Question

Hello, I joined the military 13 January 2020 but when I’m asked to state my military status as of 31 December 2019 it doesn’t give me the option to choose not enlisted

It's asking you your military status as of December 31, 2019 because on the previous screen you answered Yes to the question "Did you serve in the U.S. Armed Forces (Active, Reserve, or National Guard) in 2019?" But you did not serve in 2019. You only joined in 2020. Go back to that previous question about 2019 and answer No.
