Question

How can I change the state? I am in the military with PA as my home of record. It's on my W2, but Turbo Tax wants to prepare a return for the state I currently live in.

Click on My Info and edit your personal information.

You select Pennsylvania as your Resident state.  Where asked if you made money in any other states you answer NO, if your military pay is your only income.  Where asked if you lived in another states, you answer NO since you are active military.

That should remove the other state program.  If it does not then delete that state tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-delete-my-state-return-in-turbotax-online/01/25895
