How do i add my spouse income to LA state(Military spouse relief act?

In the "My Info" section "Edit" her personal information.  Indicate she lived in the same "home of record" resident state as you and did not live in any other states.  Next, in the federal interview enter her income sources as normal.  Finally, in the resident state interview you will typically be asked about your spouse's status and income under the Military Spouse Relief Act.
